Dr. Zhiqing Tang is an Associate Professor and Ph.D. Advisor at the Institute of AI and Future Networks, Beijing Normal University, China. He received his Ph.D. from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, in 2022. His research focuses on edge AI systems, LLM inference optimization, container scheduling, multi-agent systems, and space–air–ground integrated computing. He has published extensively in top-tier IEEE/ACM journals and conferences, including IEEE TMC, IEEE TSC, IEEE/ACM ToN, IEEE TC, and ICLR. He is an IEEE/ACM/CCF member and serves as an Executive Committee Member of CCF TCCOMM, TCDCS, and TCPC. He has served as a Track Co-Chair for IEEE ICCT 2026 and IEEE FINE, and as a TPC member and reviewer for numerous IEEE conferences and journals including INFOCOM, IoT-J, and FGCS. His team manages 400 A100/A800 GPUs at Beijing Normal University and actively researches edge-deployed LLM serving, diffusion model acceleration, and agentic reinforcement learning.

Dr. Jianxiong Guo is an Associate Professor at the Institute of AI and Future Networks, Beijing Normal University, and the Department of Computer Science, BNU-HKBU United International College, China. He received his Ph.D. from the Department of Computer Science, University of Texas at Dallas, in 2021. His research interests include edge intelligence, online learning and optimization, IoT, distributed machine learning, and combinatorial optimization, with a focus on theoretical analysis and efficient algorithm design. He has published over 100 academic papers, with more than 30 first/corresponding-author papers in the IEEE/ACM Transactions series. He has presided over multiple national projects including NSFC and the National Key R&D Program of China. He has served as a reviewer for leading journals and conferences including IEEE TMC, TSC, TPDS, and INFOCOM. His recent work explores cloud–edge–end collaborative computing infrastructure for large generative model applications using online optimization, reinforcement learning, and mechanism design.

Dr. Jiong Lou is a Research Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. He received both his B.S. (2016) and Ph.D. (2023) degrees from the same department, supervised by IEEE Fellows Prof. Jie Li and Prof. Weijia Jia. His research centers on edge computing, task scheduling, and container management. He has published over 37 papers, including 19 CCF-A publications in leading venues such as IEEE TMC, IEEE TSC, IEEE TC, IEEE TDSC, IEEE/ACM ToN, ICDE, IJCAI, and NeurIPS. He serves as the Principal Investigator of an NSFC Young Scientists Fund project on service deployment and task scheduling for edge intelligence. He has served as a TPC member for IEEE/ACM CCGRID and as a reviewer for IEEE ToN, TMC, TPDS, TDSC, TSC, INFOCOM, and ICDCS.
